Commissions are all digital goods, unless otherwise agreed in the Commission Agreement.

Complete work is delivered electronically via an online download location in .PNG .JPEG format; this does not include the Commission native files (e.g., .psd, .clip, .ai ), unless agreed upon in the Commission Agreement, or thereafter, the Client obtains written permission from me.

I do not provide any service for AI, NFT, sexually explicit content, racist purposes.

Use of AI in any kind, shape or form is prohibited. You can’t never use my art in Al. Not to train Al, not to add or enhance artwork in any way. 'Grok', 'Chat GPT, 'Sora Al' and any other Al tools are also included.

The Artist’s preferred method of payment is via TH Bank / Paypal / Promptpay / VGen.

Full payment must be made in the signing of the Commission Agreement prior to the Start of Work, or alternatively, a 50% up-front deposit can be paid to reserve a Commission queue.

เพื่อยืนยันการจ้างงานและจองคิว จำเป็นต้องจ่ายเต็มราคาหรือมัดจำ 50% ของราคาเต็มหลังจากที่ส่งบรีฟค่ะ

Display size of the Commission is set at a default resolution of 2000 x 2000 px – 300 dpi ( RGB color mode ) or bigger depended on my decision. Custom display settings of the Commission are available upon request.

All prices are as a guide only and may not represent the final price of a particular Commission.

Commissions for commercial purposes will incur additional fees ( 100% of the original price ) , to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.

I may use some work as a commission sample and post it on my account as a portfolio ( of course, with watermark ). If you do not agree, please notify me prior to start of work.

Commission with deadline less than THREE days is only accepted depended on my free time. Which I cannot specify, but you can ask at any time. Rush commission will incur additional fees ( 50% of the original price )

การคอมมิชชั่นเพื่อนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ จะมีการบวกค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ( 2 เท่าของราคาทั้งหมด ) หากไม่มีการแจ้งก่อนจะถือว่าเป็นงานใช้ส่วนตัว ดังนั้นรบกวนคุณลูกค้าแจ้งให้ชัดเจนก่อนเริ่มงานด้วยนะคะ

เราอาจนำคอมมิชชั่นแบบใส่ลายน้ำไปลงในช่องทางโซเชียลต่าง ๆ เพื่อเก็บสะสมเป็นพอร์ตโฟลิโอ หากไม่ได้แจ้งไว้จะถือว่าคุณลูกค้ายินยอมให้นำไปใช้ได้นะคะ

งานเร่ง( เวลาการทำงานน้อยกว่าสามวัน )มีค่าเร่ง 50% ของราคาทั้งหมด ไม่สามารถบ่งบอกได้ชัดเจนว่าจะรับหรือไม่ เพราะจะขึ้นอยู่กับเวลาว่างของเราในช่วงนั้น ๆ แต่สามารถสอบถามได้เสมอค่ะ

Revisions due to the Artist’s negligence are free of charge.

The Artist reserves the right to stop work on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in English or Thai, or a breach of these Terms of Service. The Artist also reserves the right to stop or cancel work in the event of an emergency, accident, or illness.

The Client can cancel the Commission only prior to Start of Work and get 100% refunds. Refunds are not allowed after Start of Work, or if any of these Terms of Service are breached during any period of the commission.

สิทธิ์ของศิลปินในการยกเลิกงานอันเป็นเหตุจากความบกพร่องในการสื่อสารของลูกค้า ความบกพร่องทางมารยาทของลูกค้า หรือการละเมิดข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ รวมถึงสิทธิ์ของศิลปินในการยกเลิกงานเนื่องจากเหตุสุดวิสัยและอาการป่วยของศิลปิน

ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกงานและได้เงินคืน 100% ในตอนที่เรายังไม่เริ่มงานเท่านั้น และไม่มีสิทธิ์ขอคืนเงินหลังจากที่ศิลปินได้เริ่มงานแล้ว หรือในกรณีที่ต้องยกเลิกงานเนื่องจากลูกค้าการละเมิดข้อตกลงฉบับนี้
